I am proud to present to you The Mindful Body Audio-Series, a new offering for those looking to find new, simple ways to invite embodiment into their days.

The series consists of five, carefully crafted and gentle embodiment sessions between 15-25 minutes each which you can complete entirely at your own pace. You may do these sessions in stillness, or explore movement throughout. Throughout the series, you will be invited to feel through areas of the body like your skin, your heart, and your bones. By connecting with these aspects of the body, you will be guided to find a sense of calm release, rest and invigoration.

This audio-series is designed to be approachable for beginners and also to support those with experience in embodiment. I especially hope to reach those who are experiencing screen-fatigue, but who are still looking for some guidance to allow them to release tension, and connect with their body in the present moment.
